Saturdays at 3 PM starting March 7th

Sundays at 6:30 PM starting March 15th

Investment: $229 for the full 8-week guided series

WHAT TO EXPECT:

We know starting something new can feel intimidating.
That’s why this series is designed to build
confidence first, not overwhelm.

Each week introduces just one new focus — so your body and confidence grow together.

Once you register, we will schedule an onboarding session with you where we can learn about your personal goals, injuries, etc. and show you around the studio before you come.

WEEK 1: Flexibility Assessments + Intro to Standing Poses

WEEK 2: Strength & Balance Assessments + Downward Facing Dog

WEEK 3: Feet & Balancing Poses

WEEK 4: Intro to Sun Salutation A

WEEK 5: Intro to Sun Salutation B

WEEK 6: Intro to Yoga Strong (Yoga + Weights)

WEEK 7: Intro to Roll & Restore (Self-massage + Restorative Yoga)

WEEK 8: Repeat Assessments + put it all together
