Join our 8-Week Beginner Yoga Series designed for women 40+ in Greenville, NC - no experience needed.

LOCATION: Yoga Strong Studio

Pick From 2 Different Time Slots:

Saturdays at 3 PM starting January 3rd

Sundays at 6:30 PM starting January 11th

This is an in-person class but you have the option to attend in-person OR livestream from home or while traveling.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

Once you register, we will ask you to complete a short intake and schedule an onboarding session with you where we can learn about your personal goals, injuries, etc. and show you around the studio before you come.

WEEK 1: Flexibility Assessments + Intro to Standing Poses

WEEK 2: Strength & Balance Assessments + Downward Facing Dog

WEEK 3: Feet & Balancing Poses

WEEK 4: Intro to Sun Salutation A

WEEK 5: Intro to Sun Salutation B

WEEK 6: Intro to Yoga Strong (Yoga + Weights)

WEEK 7: Intro to Roll & Restore (Self-massage + Restorative Yoga)

WEEK 8: Repeat Assessments + put it all together
