Attend 3 yoga classes each week throughout the 30-day challenge. In-person or virtual — your choice.

FOUR 20-minute cardio sessions per week

Walk, bike, run, or move however you love — 4 times a week. Any activity that gets your heart pumping counts.

Meditate for 5 minutes, 5 times per week

Breathwork, meditation, or quiet reflection — just 5 minutes, 5 days a week. You'll have access to our audio recordings!

VIP members join at no cost. Not a member? Join the challenge and get 30 days of unlimited classes with no contract.

The Commit to You Challenge is a studio-wide 30-day experience designed for women who are ready to get into a sustainable habit of self-care.

Each week you'll move your body, build strength, and show up for yourself — surrounded by a community cheering you on every step of the way. This isn't just a fitness challenge. It's a full reset for your body and mindset.

Frequently Asked Questions

The challenge kicks off on Saturday, May 2nd and runs for 30 days. It's the perfect month to build a habit that lasts all summer.

All classes are recorded so you can take them live or do the recording on your own time at home. You'll receive a link to join virtually 15 minutes before class — the same link works for the recording afterward.

Absolutely! We recommend skipping Flow Level 2 classes if you're brand new, but every other class is perfect for beginners. Modifications are always offered and our teachers meet you exactly where you are.

VIP members join the challenge at no additional cost! Just sign up and you're in. Reach out to Samantha if you have any questions about your membership access.

Nothing at all! We provide everything you need — mats, props, water, hair ties, and even a little dark chocolate after class.

Yes — and our students are proof. Yoga Strong classes are designed to build functional strength, improve mobility, and challenge your body in ways traditional gym workouts don't. After 30 days, you'll feel the difference.
