Our 8-Week Beginner Yoga Series is a progressive series designed for women that have never done yoga before (or very little).
Who's it for?
People who have some existing yoga experience
Women wanting to learn proper strength training form.
Women wanting to get more flexible AND strong.
What are the times?
We have two time slots to choose from and whichever slot your choose will be your time for the full 8-weeks.
Sat - 4:30 PM - Starts Jan 3rd
Wed - 5 PM - Starts Jan 21st
What is it?
Our 8-Week Yoga Strong 101 Series is a progressive series designed to teach our signature style, Yoga Strong, where we combine yoga and strength training via dumbbells.
You'll measure your progress and notice yourself getting stronger each week!
✅ You’ll get unlimited classes for 31 days (NORMALLY $229 for 1 month unlimited without a contract)
✅ If you take 21 classes in 31 days, you’ll get a $50 credit to use toward future classes.
✅ There is no penalty for NOT completing the challenge.
✅ You have until April 2026 to start your challenge.
✅ 30 days begins when you take your first class (not purchase).
