Your yoga practice can give back to our Greenville community during the month of November!

The challenge is to take 12 classes, practice 1 act of kindness each week, and write one thing you're grateful for after each class.

The Challenge details

  1. Begins Sunday, November 1st and runs through November 30th.

  2. Take 12 classes during the month (but you get unlimited classes in November!)

  3. Complete an act of kindness each week. We will be collecting donations for both Riley's Army & Joy Soup Kitchen so you can bring in items.

  4. Write one thing you're grateful for after each class. We will have a gratitude board up at the studio for you to write on the wall after each class.

  5. Our VIP members join the challenge at no cost but if you're not a member, you can join the challenge and get unlimited classes for 30 days with no contract.

  6. For every class you complete during the challenge, we will donate $1 to Joy Soup Kitchen! Everyone who completes the challenge, will be entered to win one of the three raffle prizes.

Frequently asked questions

Nothing! We have everything you need including mats, props, water, hair ties, & even dark chocolate for after class.

All classes are recorded so you can take the class live OR do the recording on your own at home.

You will be emailed the link to join virtually 15 minutes before class and it's the same link to do the recording.

Yes! We recommend you skip the Flow Level 2 classes but otherwise, all other classes will be great for you!

Yes! All of our classes are offered online in addition to in-person so you can livestream the classes from home.
