This retreat is designed to hold both sides of the practice — the part that builds you up, and the part that lets you soften.
Each day, we'll move through strength-inspired yoga flows, mobility work, and grounding movement designed to help you feel strong, supported, and connected to your body.
And just as intentionally… we'll slow down.
Afternoons are yours to rest, explore the island, sit by the sea, or melt into the spa. There is no pressure to do more — only space to listen to what your body actually needs.
We'll be staying at the Aegialis Hotel & Spa — a cliffside retreat overlooking the turquoise waters of the Aegean Sea, complete with private sea-view balconies, a full-service spa, on-site yoga shalas, and walking access to beaches and village cafés.
Samantha is an incredible teacher with over ten years of experience and led her first international retreat in Mexico in 2025.
You can expect a blend of strong, active practices in the morning and more meditative, restorative yoga sessions in the evening.
The elements of our environment will influence our yoga sessions, where we will practice being grounded and stable like a mountain but fluid and dynamic like water.
Samantha's attention to detail, extensive research, and planning will make this a vacation like no other. Your retreat will allow you space to reflect, gain clarity on what's important to you, and feel a deeper connection to yourself and your yoga community.

Your retreat rate includes: 7 nights at Aegialis Hotel & Spa, twice-daily yoga sessions (active morning flow + restorative evening practice), two meals daily (brunch & dinner), full spa access (indoor pool, sauna, jacuzzi, hammam), a 30-minute massage, port transfers between the port and hotel, and professional retreat photography by Amy Lima. Airfare and ferry travel to Amorgos are not included.
Retreat rates are based on room occupancy: Solo Occupancy (1 person): $4,299 | Double Occupancy (per person): $2,999 | Triple Occupancy (per person): $2,499. All rooms are the same beautiful Cycladic-style sea-view room — the price simply reflects how many people are sharing it. A $700 deposit is required to reserve your spot.
Waitlist members get first access to registration before spots open to the public. Retreat spots are limited and have sold out quickly in the past. Joining the waitlist ensures you'll be the first to know when registration opens and have the best chance of securing your preferred room type.
This retreat is designed for students who have some yoga experience and are comfortable with a regular practice. Morning sessions are active and strength-inspired, while evening sessions are restorative and gentle. If you've been practicing for at least 6 months and feel comfortable in a yoga class, you'll be right at home.
Absolutely! Many guests travel solo. If you'd like to share a room to save on cost but don't have a roommate, select the Double Occupancy option when registering and Samantha will pair you with another solo traveler. It's a wonderful way to meet a fellow retreat-goer before you even arrive.
Most guests fly into Athens International Airport, then continue to Amorgos by ferry (6–8 hours from Piraeus Port) or via a shorter route through Naxos or Santorini. Samantha will personally help you arrange your ferry and provide detailed travel guidance once registration opens. We recommend arriving in Greece at least one day before the retreat begins.
