No experience necessary! This series is specifically designed for brand-new beginner yoga students and people wanting to review the basics. You'll learn everything in a non-judgmental, supportive environment.
We have everything you need in the studio! We provide mats, all the props, hair ties, and water. All you need to do is show up.
Yes! If you need to miss a class or practice at home, the class is also streamed virtually and you can join from home. You'll receive the link to join from home 30 minutes before class.
Each 8-week series includes all class sessions, a 15-minute initial consultation with Samantha to learn about your goals and any injuries, and an ending 15-minute consult to provide you with clear next steps when you finish.
You are allowed two make-up sessions that have to be used within the series timeframe. You can attend other teacher's classes outside of your normal class time to make these up, but you have to let Samantha and the teacher know.
