I'm Samantha, the owner of Yoga Strong. I have ten years of teaching experience and am passionate about helping people age gracefully through strength and mobility training.
We are a yoga and strength studio. Our signature class, Yoga Strong, blends yoga and strength training to help women build strength while staying mobile and flexible.
If you've never done yoga, I highly recommend starting with our 8-week beginner course which will teach you everything you need to feel confident going into future group classes.
