New to yoga or strength training? This is where to start! Our Yoga Strong 101 Series is an 8-week program designed to help you build strength, improve flexibility, and gain confidence — no experience required.

Each week, you’ll learn the foundations of the Yoga Strong method in a supportive, encouraging environment.

You’ll practice at a pace that allows time for questions, personal attention, and hands-on guidance so you know you’re doing things right.

Our next 8-Week Yoga Strong 101 series begins on Wednesday, October 1, 2025 at 5 PM taught by Erin Tseng.

Nothing! We have everything you need including mats, props, water, hair ties, & even dark chocolate for after class.

All classes are recorded so you can do the recording on your own at home. If you'd like to attend another class in the studio to make-up, you can do that by emailing Samantha.

Yes! All of our classes are offered online in addition to in-person so you can livestream the classes from home.
