8 Weekly Classes

Every Wednesday at 5 PM, April 22 – June 10. Attend in-person at our Greenville studio or join virtually via live stream.

Personal Onboarding Session

A 15-minute one-on-one with our staff before you start. We learn your goals, any injuries, and exactly what you need to succeed.

Full-Body Strength + Yoga

Each class combines at least one lower-body and one upper-body strength movement with yoga sequences and stretching woven throughout.

Closing Consult

A 15-minute end-of-series consultation to map out your clear next steps, so your momentum doesn't stop when the series ends.

Your Questions, Answered

Yes — 100%. Yoga Strong 101 was designed specifically for beginners. You don't need any prior fitness experience. Every class includes modifications so you can work at your own pace, choose lighter weights, or reduce your range of motion. Our only requirement is that you show up.
Great question — and it's one we love answering. Yoga Strong is not a passive stretch class. Each session includes real strength movements (squats, hinges, presses, rows) performed mindfully and with intention. You will build genuine muscle strength, improve your balance, and increase your flexibility — all at the same time.
That's exactly why we include a 15-minute personal onboarding session before the series begins. We'll learn about your injuries, limitations, and goals so we can support you appropriately from day one. You'll never be left to figure it out on your own.

Life happens. Every session is also streamed live virtually, so you can join from home if you can't make it to the studio. You'll also receive the recording. We want you to get the full 8 weeks — no matter what.

If you attend in-person, we have everything you need at the studio. If you're joining virtually, you'll want: a yoga mat, 1 strap or scarf, 2 yoga blocks (or thick books), 1 blanket or cushion, and a set of light weights (3–8 lbs) and heavier weights (10–15 lbs).
We limit enrollment to 21 participants to ensure every woman gets personalized attention and real coaching — not just a spot in a crowded room. Spots fill quickly. Once they're gone, they're gone until the next cohort.
