Greenville, NC 8-Week Yoga Strong 101 Series

This is not your normal yoga class. It’s an 8-week series that combines yoga with weights.

We're not talking little pink dumbbells. These classes help real women (typically we have women 40 & up but all ages are welcome), build real strength and mobility.

It’s an 8-week, interactive and progressive series where you’ll receive personalized instruction from an experienced teacher that’s helped women just like you get stronger and feel more confident while improving their flexibility.

We have two start dates to choose from in January.

The investment in yourself is $229 for all 8-weeks.

We are located at 425 Greenville Blvd. SE Suite E beside Mission BBQ.

WHAT TO EXPECT DURING THE 8-WEEK SERIES:

As soon as you sign-up, you'll schedule your onboarding session with us where we will learn more about you, show you around the studio, and tell you exactly what to expect when you come to your first class.

From hair ties to yoga mats, we have everything you need for class. All you need to do is register and show up!

Week 1:

Baseline Assessment

Emphasis on proper breathing, core activation, and basic yoga poses

Week 2:

Intro to Squats & Upper Body Strength

Hip stretching, spinal mobility, and strength

Week 3:

Pushing & Pulling
Shoulder mobility, planks & push-up variations, rowing movements.

Week 3:

Lateral Movements
Twisting, lateral raises. side lunges, and balancing

Week 5:

Chest & Lunges

Chest presses, quad stretches, lunges, and chest opening

Week 6:

Compound Movements

Squat to press, sun salutations, and obliques

Week 7:

Planks & Push-Ups
Chest opening, thoracic mobility & upper body strength

Week 8:

Retake Baseline Assessment
Repeat the assessments from Week 1 to see improvements
