Yoga Strong Minute #22: 3-minute Hip Stretch

For today's Yoga Strong Minute I wanted to share one of my favorite outer hip stretches that you can do in 3-minutes. It's the good ole Ankle-to-Knee Twist (plus I added a side bend). This is perfect if you have tight hips or piriformis/sciatica issues.
The stretch is one of my go-to’s — gentle, accessible, and can be done on the floor.
