For today's Yoga Strong Minute I wanted to share with you 10 signs that you're making progress that have nothing to do with losing weight or your apple watch stats.
You feel more confident.
You naturally breathe deeper.
You recover faster.
Your joints ache less.
Everyday things feel easier.
You move with more awareness.
You feel calmer and less reactive.
You're more consistent than before.
You're able to hold poses longer.
You're less wobbly.
I shared this on Facebook yesterday and there were multiple people sharing the progress they've noticed and they were so inspiring that I wanted to share them here....



These seemingly small wins are HUGE and I'm so proud of y'all for acknowledging all the ways in which you've made progress even if we all still have things we struggle with, it's important to notice what's getting better!
