As we approach the holiday where we celebrate and reflect on our country's independence, I want to encourage you to also think about your movement independence.

🧘 Today's 1 Minute Movement Mindset Tip:

If you’re constantly saying, “but I can’t do XYZ…”

Try this instead: focus on what you can do.

✨ You can breathe.
✨ You can walk.
✨ You can lift your arms.
✨ You can wiggle your toes.

There’s so much your body can do. Start there.

Whether it’s yoga, strength training, or a short walk — movement is a gift. One we often don’t appreciate until we’re injured or unable to move.

So next time you’re low on motivation, move because you can.
