
Are you ready to start including strength training into your routine but are intimidated or nervous? Our new Yoga Strong 101 series is a great entry into strength training while getting the stretching and relaxation benefits of yoga.
In Yoga Strong 101, you'll learn the basic strength movements that we teach in our signature Yoga Strong classes but at a slower pace with more instructions and repetition.

You will always be given options to go at your own pace, choose a lighter weight, or lessen your range of motion in a movement.
Each class will offer full body strength training through creative and mindful yoga sequences. Each class will have at least one lower body focused exercise and one upper body focused exercise that you repeat with stretching and yoga poses woven throughout.
By the end of this eight week series, you'll feel confident going into any of our Yoga Strong classes.
