Flow & Restore Classes

Flow & Restore is a great place for students wanting a mix of an active practice that includes lively music with gentle, slow stretching accompanied by more ambient, relaxing tunes. The first thirty minutes includes an active level one flow class while the last half of class includes long, slow stretches and holding poses.

You can expect to hold certain stretches and poses for 2-5 minutes during the “restore” portion of class. The “restore” portion of class may also include the use of Yoga Therapy balls for self-massage but it’s not always included. These classes will leave you feeling worked yet refreshed and rested.
