Roll & Restore is the perfect class for students wanting a more gentle, slow, and feel-good practice. The first thirty minutes includes self-massage techniques using Yoga Tune-Up balls while the last half of class includes long held restorative yoga postures using lots of props.
You can expect to hold certain stretches and poses for 2-5 minutes during the “restore” portion of class. This is the epitome of a stress melting, feel good class with the blend of myofascial release and restorative yoga.
