Yoga Massage is a great class for students new to yoga or who want a class to stretch and roll sore muscles. This class is a great choice if you’re wanting more of a chill, stretchy, and relaxing class. Although this is one of our most gentle classes, there will always be opportunities to add more challenges throughout the class.
You’ll spend the first thirty minutes practicing various self-massage techniques using Yoga Tune-up balls followed by a gentle flow class to move the areas we loosened up. You’ll leave feeling relaxed, less tense, and more energized thanks to this class.
You can use your membership or 10 class pass on this class. If you choose to do a single drop-in, the cost is $25.
