Yoga Strong Studio is a specialty studio in Greenville, North Carollina focused on finding the middle path between yoga and strength training.

Many people see flexibility and strength as in opposition to each other but you can have both. You can find the middle path in your movement practice.

Our classes embody this philosophy.
Our active yoga practices have a strength-based element to them and some classes even include weights or resistance bands.

We also offer many restorative and self-massage practices that bring more ease and rest into our lives.

Our Location:

425 Greenville Blvd SE Suite E

Greenville, NC

(Right beside Mission BBQ)
