Happy March, Yoga Strong Family 💜

This morning I was spring cleaning — music loud, donation piles growing, trash bags filling. My kids (like all kids) always say they want new clothes and new toys.

And this morning I told them:

"In order to get new things, we have to make space."

And I realized…

That’s exactly what this month is about...

Non-attachment. (Aparigraha — not clinging.)

Not clinging to old things.
Old tension.
Old excuses.

We cling physically too.

We grip in our hips.
We brace in our hamstrings.
We hold tension in our bellies.

This month, our studio physical focus is hips & hamstrings — strength and release.

And today, March Madness begins.

A chance to release:
“I’ll start later.”
“I don’t have time.”
“I need more motivation.”

A little less talk, a lot more action. 😉

Our Saturday classes have been full (which we LOVE), so we’re adding a new Yoga Strong Express at 8:30 AM with Samantha starting this month.

More space.
More strength.
More opportunity to show up.

If you (or someone you love) have been curious about starting yoga but feel intimidated, this is your doorway.

Our Beginner Series is:

You do NOT need to be flexible.
