Yoga Strong Minute #1 – Low Back Fix in 60 Seconds

Today I'll share my go-to movement to do when your low back is aching...

👉 Supported Bridge Pose
Lay down, bend your knees, and place a yoga block under your sacrum (flat part above your tailbone). Let your body melt. Breathe into your belly. Stay for at least 1 minute.

You’ll get gentle decompression, hip release, and nervous system down-regulation. It's yoga magic.
