I talked about this in our Yoga Marathon last Saturday and decided to create a quick visual to show why this matters:

I saw this happen with my grandfather. He was an active man who mowed his yard and worked in his wood shop. He was strong enough to do regular things but he had no strength buffer for when he fell. It all went downhill from there.
