Traditional Dry Sauna

Our sauna is a traditional dry sauna, meaning the room is heated with hot air rather than infrared light. This creates a full-body heat experience that raises core temperature and promotes a deep, natural sweat.

This is the same style of sauna used for centuries—and the type most commonly studied in long-term health research.

The sauna protocol is 180 degrees for 20 minutes.

Privacy: Your session can be private or with others if it's after a class or you want to join with friends. There can be up to 6 people in the sauna at a time.
