Our sauna is a traditional dry sauna, meaning the room is heated with hot air rather than infrared light. This creates a full-body heat experience that raises core temperature and promotes a deep, natural sweat.
This is the same style of sauna used for centuries—and the type most commonly studied in long-term health research.
The sauna protocol is 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
