
This class builds on the teachings from Level 1. More difficult standing and balancing poses are introduced as well as preparatory poses for more upper body demanding poses.
Poses that strengthen the shoulders and the upper body are more of a focus than in Level 1. You’ll learn more breathing techniques and continue to refine poses with more subtle cueing.
As in Level 1, your teacher will offer options for you to dial up the challenge or dial back the intensity, based on what you’re observing in your body at each moment. Don't let the label of "level 2" scare you. If you've been doing yoga for a while, you'll have options and can modify. This will be a great class to challenge yourself!
You can use your membership or 10 class pass on this class. If you choose to do a single drop-in, the cost is $25.
