FREE Better Balance Workshop for Beginners 🧘‍♀️ In 60 minutes, we’ll time your single-leg balance, teach 4 simple drills, and send you home with a plan to improve your balance.

✨ What to expect:

  • We will time your single-leg balance (seconds) before & after so you see progress immediately.
  • Learn 2 simple mobility drills for your feet & hips.
  • Learn 2 strengthening movements that will help your balance.
  • Take home a 5-minute “Better Balance” routine to keep improving.
  • Taught by Yoga Strong's owner, Samantha Harrison, who has over 11 years of teaching experience.
  • We will have everything you need at the studio!
