Have you wanted to try yoga but are too nervous or intimidated to go to a group class? This 8-week series is designed for brand-new beginner yoga students and people wanting to review the basics.

In this series, you'll learn the basics in a non-judgmental space with a group of students in the same boat as you. After completing this series, you'll feel confident attending future group yoga classes because you'll know the lingo, basic poses, any modifications that best suit you, how to use the props, and more.

This series begins Sunday, March 15th at 6:30 PM and runs through May 10th (skipping Sunday, April 5th for Easter and Sunday, May 10th for Mother's Day.).

Included in this series is a 15-minute onboarding at the studio with our staff to help us learn more about your goals, injuries, etc. Also included is an ending 15-minute consult to help provide you with clear next steps.
