Designed for those who have some experience with yoga or strength training, this workshop breaks down the foundations of our signature approach and shows you how to combine strength and yoga for maximum results.
We’ll kick things off with a 15-minute overview of the Yoga Strong philosophy — how it came to be and why it works — then dive deep into the four fundamental movement patterns we use to build strength: push, pull, squat, and hinge. You’ll learn proper form, common mistakes, and simple ways to improve your movement quality and prevent injury.
Once we’ve covered the foundations, you’ll put it all together in a full Yoga Strong class. This final 45–60 minutes will leave you feeling stronger, more confident, and ready to step into any Yoga Strong class with a solid understanding of the method.
